indicates there may be a lot of streets in New Orleans which haven't yet even been checked by boat for survivors yet, while the police are rodding around the dry streets in pickups pointing guns at people.
Just as last week when the media got obsessed with "looters" before realizing that the real story was the screwed-up evacuation, I wonder now if the media obsession with the "toxic" water (euuuuhhhh!) means they are missing the real story of too many people still waiting for first contact with rescuers.
